Time and Location

The conference will be held Memorial Day weekend, May 23-26, 2008.  This years session will be held on the campus of Park University in Parkville, Missouri, a Kansas City suburb located 15 minutes south of Kansas City International Airport. Park is a small private university located in a town of a few thousand people. The university setting allows attendees to have their own rooms, with meals and meeting rooms all within walking distance. Recreational facilities are also available during the limited amount of free time.
 

Lodging

Attendees will have the option of staying on campus or making their own housing arrangements.  Married couples as well as singles are encouraged to attend.  Typically, lodging is based on two people sharing one room with two adjoining rooms sharing one bathroom.  If you desire to room with a particular roommate, you should indicate this preference on your registration form.  There are some rooms for couples which have their own separate bathroom.  These rooms will be assigned to couples first until they are gone.

Dress Code

During general and seminar sessions, we ask that no shorts be worn by males or females.  Appropriate dress is expected during the Sunday morning Remembrance Meeting.
